Tire and wheel distribution 01

From a custom CRM to a B2B distribution platform

A tire distributor was working across a generic CRM, spreadsheets and the phone. The system built for them became SupplyCore, the platform other distributors run on today.

Problem encountered

The catalogue, per-customer pricing, orders, deliveries and warranties lived in four different places. Every order went through a re-entry, every special price lived in a sales rep's head, and no customer could order without calling.

Solution implemented

A single platform built around the distribution trade: catalogue and per-account price grids, a self-serve B2B ordering portal, a field app for drivers, reps and warehouse staff, multi-carrier shipping, warranties with service levels, commissions, national accounts and credit limits. A public API exposes catalogue, prices and orders to partner systems.

Result achieved

The original distributor runs on the platform today, and it has become a multi-tenant product Anmaer operates for other distributors. Work done for one client now serves several.

Equipment and trailer rental 02

One rental company's system, turned into a product

A trailer rental business near Laval was handling bookings, inspections and invoicing by hand. The system built for them now runs in two forms: theirs, and Rentix — the version other rental companies can use.

Problem encountered

Bookings were taken by phone and written on paper. The condition of a trailer on return was recorded nowhere, so disputes were settled from memory. Invoicing, taxes and mechanical follow-up each lived in their own corner.

Solution implemented

A platform that follows equipment end to end: catalogue and availability, bookings, contracts, inspections with photos on departure and return, mechanical maintenance and parts, invoicing and payments, accounting and tax, role-based access and two-factor authentication. Offline mode lets an inspection happen in the yard, with no signal, and sync afterwards.

Result achieved

The original rental company operates on the platform daily. The same codebase now serves a second, blank instance, open to other rental businesses under the name Rentix.

Fleet management and transport 03

Tracking a vehicle fleet without a spreadsheet

Companies running vehicles rarely know what each one truly costs. KiloWise was built to answer that question, then extended to everything around it: maintenance, compliance, location, subsidies.

Problem encountered

A vehicle's cost is scattered across maintenance invoices, fuel, insurance and capital. Compliance reminders arrive by email and get lost. Nobody can say, with figures, which vehicle costs too much to keep.

Solution implemented

A platform that brings the whole fleet together: vehicle and driver records, planned and corrective maintenance, compliance reminders and alerts, location and trip tracking, suppliers and invoicing, and a subsidies module for electrification programmes. AI agents watch for deviations and flag what falls outside the norm, with human approval before any action.

Result achieved

KiloWise is in production and sold under its own name. The subsidies module and the monitoring agents came from operator requests, not from an internal roadmap.
