1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy aims to protect Anmaer, its clients, its users, its systems, its providers and its software products.
It applies to the sites, applications, SaaS platforms, tools, APIs, automations, AI services and environments provided by Anmaer.
2. Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to use Anmaer services to:
- violate a law;
- commit fraud;
- send spam;
- transmit illegal content;
- host defamatory, hateful, violent or discriminatory content;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- collect personal information without the required right or consent;
- circumvent security measures;
- test security without authorization;
- harm the availability of a service;
- introduce viruses, malware, harmful scripts or malicious code;
- impersonate a person;
- conduct phishing activities;
- massively extract data;
- abuse APIs;
- overload systems;
- use the services to create or distribute dangerous, misleading or fraudulent content.
3. AI and generated content
When AI tools are used, it is prohibited to use them to:
- create false, misleading identities;
- generate illegal content;
- automate sensitive decisions without appropriate supervision;
- produce discriminatory content;
- circumvent copyright;
- create malicious instructions;
- manipulate or deceive users.
4. Security
The client must protect its accounts, API keys, passwords, administrator access and users.
Any compromise or suspicious use must be reported promptly to Anmaer.
5. Suspension
Anmaer may suspend or limit access to a service in the event of an actual or suspected violation of this policy, a security risk, abuse, non-payment or activity that could harm Anmaer, its clients or third parties.
6. Investigation
Anmaer may investigate any abusive use and cooperate with competent authorities when required by law.
